Released in 2002, Desire Blue is part of Dunhill’s Desire line. It brings a modern, lighter take compared to richer scents, leaning into aquatics and fruity notes with a warm and comfortable foundation. -
Fragrance Profile
The opening is noticeable: a burst of lychee and mandarin orange, lifted by bergamot. There’s also lotus (an aquatic floral) which introduces a slight watery feel, and sea notes help reinforce that crisp, oceanic freshness.As it moves into the heart, you get touches of orange and rosewood that add woodiness and a subtle sweet edge, giving more depth beneath the fresh fruit and aquatic vibe.
The base rounds it out with tonka bean, amber, musk, and benzoin. These give warmth, soft sweetness, and a mellow dry?down so the freshness doesn’t stay overly sharp—it becomes smoother and more wearable over time.

Longevity and Projection
Projection is good early on, especially in the first few hours. Over time it becomes more skin-close but people around you should still notice, especially from clothing. It tends to last several hours, especially in mild to warm weather. -
Best Use / When It Shines
Works best in spring and summer, daytime, casual outings, beach or ocean?side settings, or whenever you want something clean but not boring. Also nice for warm evenings, though the lighter opening elements are more noticeable in heat. Not a heavy scent, so it's good when you want freshness rather than intensity. -

Desire Blue feels youthful, airy, and approachable. It leans toward being an “easy wear” fragrance rather than something complex or niche. There’s enough character (from the lychee, woods, amber) to make it memorable without being polarizing. Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment, regardless of the delivery option chosen at checkout.
Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not typically shipped the same day they are placed.
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please note that express shipping fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive two emails: an Order Confirmation Email sent after your order is processed (within 72 hours), and a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress.

International Orders
For orders outside your country, customs fees, import taxes, and other applicable charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in your order total. We ship international packages on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
